Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA: Driving Innovation Worldwide : US Pioneer Global VC DIFCHQ SFO NYC Singapore – Riyadh Swiss Our Mind

From 70% reductions in patient falls and enhancing customer experiences to sovereign AI infrastructure designed according to national requirements, enterprises are solving their most critical challenges with the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA.

Key takeaways:

    • The Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA enables organizations – from enterprises to research institutions – to deploy AI at scale in ways that support national sovereignty goals, strong security and robust data governance
    • Dell offers the broadest end-to-end AI portfolio to support customer AI initiatives from PCs and workstations to the data center to the cloud, helping customers turn proprietary data into competitive advantages.¹

In my role, I get to spend a lot of time with customers, both large and small, public and private, across every geography. In those conversations, I hear very similar things: customers want real outcomes, not just products. They want to do strategic work, and they expect their trusted partners to work together. They want choice, flexibility and to move fast. AI puts all of that to the test – because the real challenge is in scaling AI in a way that delivers results while also protecting data, meeting sovereignty requirements and keeping complexity in check.

This is exactly why we launched the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA two years ago. It brings together secure, end‑to‑end AI solutions that help organizations turn their own data into a true competitive edge. Here are a few examples of how we’re seeing those results come to life.

AI-driven operational efficiency with the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA

When I talk to enterprise customers, the ask is simple: show value fast without putting data at risk or slowing the business down. The teams getting ahead are the ones that focus on a small number of use cases that really matter and provide their people a platform that’s ready for production from day one, enabling them to move quickly while staying in control of their data.

Zoho Corporation, a global leader in software innovation, uses the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA to power its enterprise and agentic AI-driven capabilities, including its proprietary large language models and other AI offerings available to its more than 150 million users worldwide. This on-premises platform expedites the development and deployment of AI models while supporting data sovereignty.

Home improvement company, Lowe’s, is leveraging Dell support with NVIDIA to enhance shopping capabilities and store management, supporting customer and associate experiences across more than 1,700 stores. With Dell PowerEdge servers combined with NVIDIA accelerated computing powering its foundation, the retail giant uses AI, computer vision and real-time data processed at the edge for inventory management, asset protection and in-store customer service.

In Japan, Smart Construction solutions provider EARTHBRAIN is accelerating the development of its digital products and services, using Dell and NVIDIA solutions to power an on-premises foundation that drives smarter construction operations and enhanced safety protocols.

How Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA supports Sovereign AI Innovation

The desire for sovereign AI is real. Customers want the innovation benefits of AI without surrendering control of their data. Cloud providers are scaling infrastructure that makes AI accessible, working with us to deliver platforms that are secure, compliant and built for sovereignty from the start.

In North America, the AI cloud services provider, IREN, is using the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA, including fully integrated, liquid-cooled Dell Integrated Rack Scalable Systems (IRSS) and Dell ObjectScale, to build facilities that allow its customers to train powerful AI models and run inference at scale. Last year, we announced that the company’s Prince George data center would be Canada’s first cluster with Dell IRSS, including Dell PowerEdge servers with NVIDIA GB300 NVL72, supporting Canada’s Sovereign AI Compute Strategy and strengthening domestic AI capabilities.

Similarly, Nscale is bringing AI compute capacity to Europe, the U.S. and beyond by using the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA as the IT foundation for its high-performance AI data centers. Nscale is using Dell PowerEdge XE9712 servers with NVIDIA AI infrastructure and NVIDIA networking to build a secure AI platform that prioritizes data sovereignty and security for enterprises and governments.

In India, NxtGen is building the nation’s first and largest AI factory with a platform powered by Dell IRSS including liquid-cooled Dell PowerEdge XE9685L servers with the NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs, Dell PowerScale storage and more. This deployment accelerates India’s national AI mission, making large-scale AI more accessible across the country.

Advancing societal progress and well-being using the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA

Some of the most meaningful conversations I have are with organizations using AI to solve real problems, such as improving patient care, advancing science, or supporting more sustainable agriculture. This kind of work isn’t about efficiency for efficiency’s sake; it’s about real outcomes that improve lives.

Using the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA, the Wellcome Sanger Institute, a world leader in genome research, is decoding DNA at an unprecedented scale. With Dell PowerEdge XE servers, it has an HPC platform that can now sequence and assemble a genome every seven hours, driving discoveries in health and biodiversity.

In rural healthcare, The Guthrie Clinic is elevating patient care with AI-powered monitoring. Guthrie created an IT foundation with the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA that includes Dell PowerEdge servers, storage and AI PCs. The impact: it reduced patient falls with injuries by nearly 70% and Guthrie achieved $7 million in operational savings in 2023 alone.

Finally, in South Africa, digital consultancy Moyo developed an autonomous drone that uses AI to detect potato leaf disease, helping improve crop yield and quality. With NVIDIA accelerated computing and NVIDIA AI Enterprise software, Dell Precision AI-ready workstations process high-resolution images and analyze leaf patterns to identify early signs of disease. This innovative approach supports more sustainable agriculture by enabling timely interventions and reducing the need for chemicals.

The journey ahead

What these examples and the work we do with other customers – like Monash University and CoreWeave—reinforce is that AI success isn’t about having the most tools, it’s about having the right foundation and the right partners.

As you think about what’s next with AI, focus on the outcomes that matter most, and choose partners who can scale with you and protect speed and trust along the way. At the end of the day, it comes down to clarity, simplicity and accountability with a partner who can support you all the way, from the PC to the data center to the cloud. That’s how we operate at Dell, and it’s why customers trust us to help them scale AI with the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA.

If you’re ready to move forward, we’d love to help. Let’s get started.
