Oracle’s AI data centers are powering American leadership and transforming how communities can grow and thrive. By creating high-quality jobs, boosting local economies, partnering with educational institutions, and protecting natural resources, each campus is built to deliver long-term opportunity and prosperity for generations to come.
Each AI data center is designed with the surrounding community’s future in mind. Through local hiring, community investments, partnerships with schools and workforce programs, and environmental stewardship, Oracle is committed to ensuring that our neighbors share in our success.
Job Creation
Thousands of construction jobs and permanent tech, engineering, and operations jobs will be created at each AI data center location, supporting the local workforce and economy.

Local Economic Investment
Our AI data center projects will generate substantial local revenue for communities, helping fund schools, emergency services, and infrastructure improvements, without incremental costs for residents. The campuses also bring new business to local suppliers, vendors, and contractors, fueling the economy.

Water Stewardship
Campuses feature closed-loop, non-evaporative cooling systems that save millions of gallons of water daily, putting water usage at our largest AI data centers on par with a typical office building.

Energy
We’re committed to paying our own way on energy and ensuring that our operations don’t increase our neighbors’ electricity costs. To protect ratepayers, Oracle either funds the necessary power grid upgrades or we build our own on-site power generation sources to help maintain or reduce residents’ energy costs.

Community Projects and Restoration
Oracle is investing directly in community services, such as wastewater treatment facilities, fire departments, farmland preservation, educational programs, and habitat restoration.

Environmental Stewardship
Oracle is committed to preserving open spaces, wetlands, and other natural habitats, with significant acreage at each site set for conservation.

Partnerships with Schools and Training Programs
Oracle supports workforce development through collaboration with local educational institutions, providing internships, scholarships, and career training for residents.
