NEW DELHI: Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, a residential real estate brokerage franchise networks, has expanded its presence in the country with Orenda India, the company said in a media release.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Orenda India will offer its services in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Goa, and Ayodhya.

Gino Blefari, chairman of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices said, “We are looking forward to assisting them with their goal of expanding services to all of the major cities throughout India and building a team of over 1,000 real estate professionals.”

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Orenda India agents will have access to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ active referral and relocation networks and its Real Estate I.Q. System, the company said.

The real estate sector is estimated to reach US$ 1 trillion by 2030 and will contribute 13% to the country’s GDP by 2025.

Over the past three years the company has added franchisees in London, Dubai, Madrid, Barcelona, Marbella, Lisbon, Milan, Berlin, Frankfurt, Toronto, Quebec, San Miquel de Allende and Cancun.
