The Annual Meeting of Global Future Leaders gives a new generation of leaders a platform to shape the future by jointly creating bold opportunities in a volatile world, while building the capacity to withstand setbacks and respond to the unthinkable.

As the premier next-generation leadership platform, it brings together emerging pioneers under 40 alongside established global leaders, innovators, scientists, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and cultural voices. The programme is future-oriented, opportunity-driven, and human-centric, connecting those making decisions today with those who will help lead the decades ahead.

Two signature formats anchor the experience: Opportunity Labs, collaborative working sessions to find and shape future opportunities in the face of uncertainty and adversity, and Unknown Tomorrows, immersive thematic simulations that foster dialogue and reflection on how to navigate the unknown and unexpected. Discussions unfold across six thematic pillars:

• AI, technology and human agency
• Science, discovery and innovation
• Economic growth
• Geopolitics, security and trade
• Leadership, business innovation and human flourishing
• Climate and nature
